Zero-Click Photo Delivery
Zero-click photo delivery sends a guest's photos to their phone automatically, with no app, scanning, or queue. The guest is identified once (wristband, NFC, room number, or opt-in face-match) and matching shots push instantly.
How zero-click delivery works
The guest is identified once at the start of their visit, then everything is automatic. A QR wristband, NFC tag, room number, or an opt-in selfie links them to an account. From then on, every photo a camera or kiosk captures that matches them is routed to their phone over WhatsApp or email, no scanning a code at each shot and no waiting in a print queue. For Digital Pass holders, real-time and ride-camera setups can push a photo before the guest even steps off the attraction.
Why it lifts sales
Friction kills photo purchases. Every extra step, downloading an app, queuing at a counter, typing a code, loses guests who would otherwise buy. Zero-click delivery removes those steps: photos simply appear, and the guest opens a ready-made gallery to favourite, share, and check out. Because delivery is automatic across the whole venue, attach rate and repeat purchases tend to rise, though results vary by venue, footfall, and pricing. The same flow feeds Fotiqo's sleeping-money follow-ups for guests who didn't buy on the day.
The consent-first face-match model
When face-match is used as the identifier, it is strictly opt-in. A guest chooses to enrol, usually by taking a selfie, and only then can the system link photos to them. The selfie is converted to a match signal, used to find their shots, and the face vector is deleted immediately after matching. Non-enrolled visitors are never identified or surveilled. Venues can also skip face entirely and use wristband, NFC, or room-number identification instead, so guests always have a clear, consent-based path.
Frequently asked questions
- Do guests need to download an app for zero-click delivery?
- No. The whole point of zero-click delivery is that nothing is installed. After a one-time identification, photos arrive over WhatsApp or email and open in a web gallery, so guests can favourite, download, and buy without an app or login.
- How are guests identified without scanning each photo?
- They are linked to an account once, at the start of the visit, using a QR wristband, NFC tag, room number, or an opt-in face-match selfie. After that single step, every matching photo is routed to them automatically across the venue.
- Is face recognition required for zero-click delivery?
- No. Face-match is one optional, opt-in identification method. Venues can rely entirely on wristbands, NFC tags, or room numbers instead. When face-match is enabled, the guest enrols explicitly and their face vector is deleted right after matching.
