How does the pricing work?
Five tiers. Each tier has a monthly fee, a commission rate, and a per-order fee — Free is €0/month with 12% commission, scaling up to Business at €119/month with 5% commission. Stripe 2.9% + €0.30 applies on every plan. Auto-upgrades fire when monthly sales cross the next threshold, so you never overpay for a tier you've outgrown.
What happens if we cross an auto-upgrade threshold mid-month?
The new tier (with its lower commission and order fee) applies on the following calendar month. You'll never be back-charged for a month that finished at a higher rate. Your dashboard shows current tier and projected rate for next month in real time.
Why charge a monthly fee at all?
The monthly fee buys you storage and a lower commission. On Free you keep €82.80 of every €100 sale; on Business you keep €91.30. As soon as your monthly sales pass €200 the Starter tier costs less than staying on Free — the system auto-promotes you so you don't leave money on the table.
Do you handle EU VAT?
Yes. Fotiqo handles VAT collection and reporting for sales processed on the platform across all EU countries we operate in, using Stripe Tax for per-country rate resolution. You receive a single monthly reconciliation.
Can we bring our existing photographers?
Yes. Photographers keep working with their own gear and you keep your staffing model — Fotiqo is the software, not a labor marketplace. Onboarding each photographer takes under 30 minutes via our onboarding flow and 2-hour training module.
What does setup look like?
Two weeks end-to-end: week 1 is location onboarding (kiosks, camera integration, staff accounts, WhatsApp provisioning), week 2 is training and a soft launch with one test location. No long contracts — cancel anytime.
