How to manage store orders

View, track, and manage all orders from your store dashboard. Monitor production status, shipping, and handle client inquiries.

Steps

  1. Go to Store > Orders to see all incoming and past orders.
  2. Each order shows the client name, products ordered, total amount, and status.
  3. Order statuses include: Pending, In Production, Shipped, Delivered, and Cancelled.
  4. Click on any order to see full details including product specifics and shipping address.
  5. Track shipping with the automatic tracking number provided by the fulfillment partner.
  6. Contact the client directly from the order page if there are any issues.
  7. Process refunds or replacements from the order detail page if needed.

Q: Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Once in production, cancellation may not be possible.

Contact support from the order page. The fulfillment partner will reprint and reship damaged items at no cost.
Q: Can I export order data?
Yes, use the Export button to download order data as a CSV file for your records.
