How to manage store orders
View, track, and manage all orders from your store dashboard. Monitor production status, shipping, and handle client inquiries.
Steps
- Go to Store > Orders to see all incoming and past orders.
- Each order shows the client name, products ordered, total amount, and status.
- Order statuses include: Pending, In Production, Shipped, Delivered, and Cancelled.
- Click on any order to see full details including product specifics and shipping address.
- Track shipping with the automatic tracking number provided by the fulfillment partner.
- Contact the client directly from the order page if there are any issues.
- Process refunds or replacements from the order detail page if needed.
