How to manage bookings and client communication

View, confirm, reschedule, and cancel bookings from your dashboard. Communicate with clients directly through the booking system.

Steps

  1. Go to Bookings > Calendar to see all upcoming bookings.
  2. Click on a booking to view full details including client info, package, and payment status.
  3. Confirm pending bookings by clicking the Confirm button.
  4. Reschedule bookings by selecting a new date and time.
  5. Send messages to clients directly from the booking detail page.
  6. Update the booking status as sessions are completed.
  7. Cancel bookings and process refunds according to your policy.
