How to share galleries via WhatsApp, email, and QR code

Deliver galleries to clients through WhatsApp, email invitations, or printable QR codes. Choose the method that suits your workflow.

Steps

  1. Open the gallery and click the Share button.
  2. To share via email, enter the client email and customize the message.
  3. To share via WhatsApp, click the WhatsApp icon and select the contact.
  4. To generate a QR code, click QR Code and download or print the generated image.
  5. Copy the magic link directly from the share panel for manual sharing.
  6. Track delivery status in the Share History tab.
  7. Resend the gallery link at any time if the client cannot find the original.
💡 Tip: WhatsApp delivery has a 95 percent open rate compared to 20 percent for email. Use WhatsApp as your primary delivery method when possible.
