How to set gallery privacy and password protection

Control who can access your galleries with privacy settings and password protection. Keep client photos secure and private.

Steps

  1. Open the gallery and click the Settings gear icon.
  2. Navigate to the Privacy tab.
  3. Choose a privacy level: Public (anyone with the link), Password Protected, or Private (invite only).
  4. If using password protection, enter a strong password.
  5. Optionally enable Hide from Search Engines to prevent indexing.
  6. Choose whether to allow right-click saving (disabled by default).
  7. Click Save to apply the privacy settings.

Q: Can I change the password after sharing the gallery?
Yes, you can update the password at any time. Clients will need the new password to access the gallery.

Yes, the gallery analytics tab shows view counts and access logs.
