How to use favorites and proofing in galleries

Let clients mark their favorite photos for proofing. Export the selection list to streamline your editing workflow.

Steps

Open the gallery settings and navigate to the Proofing tab.
Toggle Enable Favorites and Proofing to on.
Set a maximum number of favorites if you want to limit selections.
Clients will see a heart icon overlay on each photo when browsing the gallery.
Clients click the heart to mark photos as favorites.
A Favorites filter at the top of the gallery lets clients view only their selections.
You receive a notification when the client submits their final selections.
Export the favorite list as a file list or view them in a filtered gallery view.

💡 Tip: Set a selection limit equal to the number of edited photos included in your package to guide client expectations.
