How to set gallery expiry dates
Set an expiration date on galleries to create urgency. Expired galleries are automatically archived and can be restored.
Steps
- Open the gallery and go to Settings > Expiry.
- Toggle on Enable Expiry Date.
- Select the expiration date and time using the date picker.
- Choose what happens when the gallery expires: archive, disable downloads, or delete.
- Optionally enable the countdown timer that displays on the gallery for clients.
- Set an expiry reminder email to be sent to the client before the deadline.
