Set an expiration date on galleries to create urgency. Expired galleries are automatically archived and can be restored.

Steps

  1. Open the gallery and go to Settings > Expiry.
  2. Toggle on Enable Expiry Date.
  3. Select the expiration date and time using the date picker.
  4. Choose what happens when the gallery expires: archive, disable downloads, or delete.
  5. Optionally enable the countdown timer that displays on the gallery for clients.
  6. Set an expiry reminder email to be sent to the client before the deadline.
  7. Click Save to activate the expiry settings.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: A 7 to 14 day expiry window with a visible countdown creates healthy urgency and drives faster purchasing decisions.
