How to configure download settings for galleries

Control what clients can download from their gallery. Set quality levels, enable ZIP downloads, and manage access per gallery.

Steps

  1. Open the gallery settings and go to the Downloads tab.
  2. Choose the download permission: No Download, Web Size, or Full Resolution.
  3. Enable or disable the Download All ZIP button for bulk downloads.
  4. Set whether downloads are available immediately or only after purchase.
  5. Configure per-photo download limits if needed.
  6. Choose the download file format: original, JPG, or both.
  7. Click Save to apply the download settings.

Q: Can I track how many times a photo has been downloaded?
Yes, download counts are visible in the gallery analytics section.
Q: What is the difference between Web Size and Full Resolution?
Web Size delivers photos at 2048px on the long edge. Full Resolution delivers the original uploaded file.
Q: Can clients download videos too?
Yes, video downloads follow the same permission settings as photos.
