How to create your first gallery step by step
Walk through the complete process of creating a client gallery from scratch. Learn to upload, organize, watermark, and share your photos.
Steps
- Click Galleries in the left sidebar, then click the New Gallery button.
- Enter a gallery name such as the client name and session date.
- Choose a cover photo layout and upload a cover image for the gallery.
- Drag and drop your photos into the upload area or click to browse your files.
- Wait for all photos to upload and process. A progress bar shows the status.
- Arrange photos by dragging them into your preferred order.
- Set watermark preferences under Gallery Settings > Watermark.
- Click Publish to make the gallery live, then copy the share link.
💡 Tip: Upload JPG files for the fastest processing. RAW and HEIC files are supported but take longer to process.
