How to export your data

Download a complete export of your Fotiqo data including galleries, client information, orders, and financial records.

Steps

Go to Settings > Account > Export Data.
Select which data categories to export: galleries, clients, orders, invoices, or all.
Choose the export format: JSON for data or ZIP for photos.
Click Request Export. Large exports may take several hours to prepare.
You receive an email with a download link when the export is ready.
Download the export file within 7 days before the link expires.
Store the exported data securely as it may contain personal client information.

💡 Tip: Schedule regular data exports as part of your backup strategy. Do not rely solely on cloud storage for your valuable business data.

Q: Does the export include original high-resolution photos?

Yes, if you select the photo export option, original files are included in the ZIP download.

File size depends on your data. Photo exports can be many gigabytes. Data-only exports are typically small.
