How to send contracts for e-signature

Send contracts to clients for electronic signature. Track signing status and receive notifications when contracts are signed.

Steps

  1. Open the contract you want to send.
  2. Verify all details are correct and signature fields are placed.
  3. Click Send for Signature.
  4. Enter the client email address.
  5. Add an optional personal message that accompanies the contract email.
  6. Choose whether to require your signature as well.
  7. Click Send and the client receives an email with a link to sign.
  8. Track the status from your Contracts dashboard: Sent, Viewed, Signed.
