How to delete your account

Permanently delete your Fotiqo account and all associated data. Understand what happens to your galleries, orders, and clients.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  2. Read the deletion summary showing what will be removed.
  3. Ensure all pending orders are fulfilled and payouts are completed.
  4. Download any data you want to keep using the Export Data feature.
  5. Enter your password to confirm.
  6. Type DELETE to double-confirm the action.
  7. Click Delete My Account.
  8. Your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
💡 Tip: Export your data before deleting. Once the 30-day grace period ends, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Q: Can I undo account deletion?
Yes, log in within 30 days of deletion to reactivate your account.
Q: What happens to client galleries?
All galleries, photos, and client data are permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period.
Q: What about my Stripe connection?
Your Stripe account is disconnected but not deleted. Manage your Stripe account separately.
