How to create photography packages

Set up service packages with pricing, duration, and deliverables. Let clients book and pay for sessions directly through your website.

Steps

Go to Bookings in the sidebar and click Packages.
Click Create New Package to start building a service offering.
Enter the package name such as Wedding Day Coverage or Family Portrait Session.
Set the session duration, number of edited photos included, and delivery timeline.
Add your pricing and any optional add-ons like extra hours or album upgrades.
Write a description highlighting what is included in the package.
Add a cover image that represents the style of the package.
Click Save and the package will appear on your booking page.

💡 Tip: Offer three package tiers (basic, standard, premium) to give clients options and anchor them toward the middle tier.

Q: Can I hide a package without deleting it?

Yes, you can set a package to Draft status to hide it from your booking page.

Q: Can clients customize their package?

Clients can select optional add-ons you define, but the base package stays fixed.

Q: How do deposits work with packages?

You can set a deposit percentage or fixed amount that is collected at booking time.
