How to create and send invoices

Generate professional invoices for your photography services. Send them to clients and track payment status automatically.

Steps

  1. Go to Invoices in the left sidebar and click New Invoice.
  2. Select the client from your contacts or enter their details manually.
  3. Add line items for each service such as session fee, prints, or album.
  4. Set the due date and any applicable tax rates.
  5. Add your payment terms and any notes for the client.
  6. Preview the invoice to check all details are correct.
  7. Click Send Invoice to email it to your client.
  8. The client can pay directly through the invoice link via Stripe.
