How to create contracts and send them to clients

Create professional photography contracts using templates or from scratch. Send contracts for e-signature and track signing status.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Contracts in the left sidebar.
  2. Click New Contract and choose from a template or start blank.
  3. Fill in the contract details including client name, session date, and deliverables.
  4. Add your terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and payment terms.
  5. Insert signature fields where the client needs to sign.
  6. Preview the contract to make sure everything looks correct.
  7. Click Send to Client and enter their email address.
  8. Track the contract status from your Contracts dashboard.
