How to create a photography contract

Build professional contracts for your photography sessions. Define terms, deliverables, and payment schedules in a polished document.

Steps

  1. Go to Contracts in the left sidebar and click New Contract.
  2. Choose to start from a template or create a blank contract.
  3. Enter the client name and session details at the top.
  4. Add clauses for services, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
  5. Include your cancellation and rescheduling policy.
  6. Add usage rights and licensing terms for the photos.
  7. Insert signature fields where both you and the client need to sign.
  8. Save the contract as a draft or send it directly to the client.
