How to change your account email
Update the email address associated with your Fotiqo account. Verify the new email to complete the change.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Account > Profile.
- Click the Edit button next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address.
- Enter your password to confirm the change.
- Click Save. A verification email is sent to your new address.
- Open the verification email and click the confirmation link.
- Your account email is now updated.
- Future login and notifications will use the new email address.

Q: Can I use an email already registered to another Fotiqo account?
No, each email address can only be associated with one Fotiqo account.
Q: Will my clients see my new email?
Your email is not displayed to clients by default. Gallery sharing uses the email in your contact settings.
Q: What if I do not receive the verification email?
Check your spam folder. If not found, click Resend Verification from the account settings.
