How to change your account email

Update the email address associated with your Fotiqo account. Verify the new email to complete the change.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Profile.
  2. Click the Edit button next to your email address.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Enter your password to confirm the change.
  5. Click Save. A verification email is sent to your new address.
  6. Open the verification email and click the confirmation link.
  7. Your account email is now updated.
  8. Future login and notifications will use the new email address.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Update your email before changing any connected services. Stripe and other integrations may need to be updated separately.

Q: Can I use an email already registered to another Fotiqo account?
No, each email address can only be associated with one Fotiqo account.
Q: Will my clients see my new email?
Your email is not displayed to clients by default. Gallery sharing uses the email in your contact settings.
Q: What if I do not receive the verification email?
Check your spam folder. If not found, click Resend Verification from the account settings.
