How to bulk create galleries with CSV import

Create multiple galleries at once by uploading a CSV file. Perfect for event photographers handling many clients in one session.

Steps

Go to Galleries and click the Import button in the toolbar.
Download the CSV template provided by Fotiqo.
Fill in the template with gallery names, client emails, and optional settings.
Each row represents one gallery with columns for name, client email, expiry date, and status.
Upload the completed CSV file.
Review the preview to confirm all galleries will be created correctly.
Click Import to create all galleries at once.
Upload photos to each gallery individually or use the batch upload tool.

Q: What happens if a row in the CSV has errors?

Invalid rows are flagged in the preview. You can fix them or skip them during import.

Q: Can I include photo assignments in the CSV?

The CSV creates empty galleries. Photos must be uploaded separately after import.

Q: Is there a limit on how many galleries I can import at once?

You can import up to 500 galleries in a single CSV upload.
