How to accept deposits and payments for bookings

Collect deposits at booking time and remaining balances before the session. Configure payment schedules and automatic reminders.

Steps

  1. Go to Bookings > Settings > Payments.
  2. Choose your payment policy: full payment upfront, deposit only, or no payment required.
  3. If using deposits, set the deposit amount as a fixed amount or percentage.
  4. Configure when the remaining balance is due: at session time, a set number of days before, or after delivery.
  5. Enable automatic payment reminders for outstanding balances.
  6. Set your accepted payment methods through Stripe.
  7. Configure your cancellation and refund policy.
  8. Save your payment settings.
