How to set up your availability calendar

Configure your working hours, block off dates, and manage your schedule. Clients can only book during your available time slots.

Steps

  1. Go to Bookings > Availability in your dashboard.
  2. Set your regular working hours for each day of the week.
  3. Add buffer time between sessions to allow for travel and preparation.
  4. Block off specific dates for vacations, personal commitments, or holidays.
  5. Set a minimum advance booking time, such as 48 hours notice required.
  6. Set a maximum advance booking window, such as bookings up to 6 months ahead.
  7. Configure time zone settings for your location.
  8. Save your availability and it will be reflected on your booking page.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Add 30 to 60 minute buffers between sessions. This gives you time for equipment setup, travel, and prevents back-to-back exhaustion.

Yes, you can assign specific time slots to specific packages.
Q: What happens if a client tries to book a blocked date?
Blocked dates do not appear as available. Clients can only select from your open time slots.
Q: Can I sync with my personal calendar?
Yes, sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to automatically block off personal events.
