How to set up your availability calendar
Configure your working hours, block off dates, and manage your schedule. Clients can only book during your available time slots.
Steps
- Go to Bookings > Availability in your dashboard.
- Set your regular working hours for each day of the week.
- Add buffer time between sessions to allow for travel and preparation.
- Block off specific dates for vacations, personal commitments, or holidays.
- Set a minimum advance booking time, such as 48 hours notice required.
- Set a maximum advance booking window, such as bookings up to 6 months ahead.
- Configure time zone settings for your location.
- Save your availability and it will be reflected on your booking page.
