How to set up white-label branding for your venue

Customize all guest-facing elements with your venue branding. Apply your logo, colors, and messaging to galleries, emails, and kiosks.

Steps

  1. Go to Company Portal > Branding.
  2. Upload your venue logo in PNG format with a transparent background.
  3. Set your primary and secondary brand colors.
  4. Upload a branded email header image.
  5. Customize the gallery welcome message and footer text.
  6. Set the kiosk display theme to match your venue aesthetics.
  7. Configure branded QR code designs with your logo.
  8. Preview all branded elements and click Save.

Q: Will the Fotiqo logo appear anywhere to guests?
On Enterprise plans, all Fotiqo branding is removed. Lower tiers show a small powered-by footer.
